Bike fit
Paying attention to every aspect of your connection
It starts with a full set of your current bike measurements and an in-depth interview so I can understand your cycling goals. Both for this session and the long term. We then move into a flexibility assessment to check your range of motion, pelvic symmetry, and foot function. Proprioception testing and low-velocity mobilisation (LVM) during the fit help me see how your body responds to change and how this affects your pedal stroke, position, and balance on the bike. From there, a combination of foot correction and cleat positioning optimises support and alignment for each shoe and cleat. Once the foundations are right, it’s time to tailor your bike, ensuring no over-extension, no unnecessary movement, and a position that matches your body and riding style. Then follow measurements are taking and road testing begins. I will provide a CAD file of your bike's new position and any follow-up services to help make more changes down the road.
Ride in flow
If you want to ride at your best, I would love to help
Riding in a true flow state is when your bike disappears beneath you and your body moves effortlessly. The pedals turn without thought and your mind is free to focus on the joy of riding. A great bike fit removes the physical distractions that pull you out of that zone: no hotspots in your shoes, no pressure from the saddle, no strain in your neck, back, or hands. When every contact point is perfectly aligned and supported, your body relaxes, your pedalling smooths, and your mind can be quiet.
